The State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) has developed a new platform to provide basic information for people living in federal asylum centres in Switzerland.
The platform provides initial information on the following topics:
The asylum procedure;
The federal asylum centres and how they operate;
Living in Switzerland (transport, police, night-time rest/noise disturbance, etc.);
Access to care.
The platform has a function enabling the information to be read out loud and is available in several languages.
