CCSI – Contact Centre for Migrants in Switzerland (canton of Fribourg)

The Contact Centre for Migrants in Switzerland (CCSI) in the canton of Fribourg offers legal and social support with the aim of helping migrants to defend their rights.

CCSI offers three types of service: a walk-in service

legal and social advice, representation mandates and access to health insurance for individuals without a residence permit. It offers a specialized service to assist with:

  • obtaining or handling the revocation of a residence permit
  • renewing a residence permit after separation or divorce
  • extending or converting a residence permit
  • family reunification
  • obtaining a temporary residence permit for marriage
  • access to health insurance

CCSI does not provide assistance with asylum procedures.
